Photo Use Agreement

All image files on this site are the personal property and work of myself, Brad Weese.

By purchasing and/or using one or more image files from Brad Weese through this website, http://www.todays-values.com, you agree to the following:

1. These images are under copyright protection.

2. When you purchase and download any of these images you are purchasing a license to use the files for the following uses only:

   a.) to print or have printed copies for your personal use in decorating your own home or office

   b.) to use the images in your personal website at a size not to exceed 300 pixels in height and width. If used on your website you will give the following credit : "Photo by Brad Weese www.bradweese.com" in close proximity to the image

3. You agree that you release Brad Weese and www.todays-values.com from all liabilities and expenses arising from your use of these images.

4. Licensor, Brad Weese, grants to you, the Licensee, a nonexclusive, nonsublicensable, nontransferable right to use the image files for the above stated uses only.
